Business Development General Manager (Jakarta)

Persyaratan

Hold Bachelor's degree.
Have 15 years experience as BD (including experience in creating new business ideas, market research, proposal) in non-automotive industry (consumer goods, chemical, logistic, energy), with last experience at least as Managerial level.
Business level English.
Good understanding in business model canvas, projection and valuation, SMART planning, commercial legal review.
Vast Business connection.
Proficiency in using MS Office.
Strategic communication, advanced business acumen and macroeconomics understanding.
Smart, hardworking, dedicated, motivated, responsible, good communication and presentation skill, good leadership quality.

Identify and explore new business ideas.
Co-explore and co-develop business ideas with sales division.
Support corporate action.
Support relevant business research, analysis and planning.
Assist the establishment of new business and/partnership.
Nurture network & synergy with internal and external stakeholders.
