Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ERP/HRIS market.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Generate leads through various channels, including social media, cold calling, networking, and referrals.Present and demonstrate ERP/HRIS solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ERP, HRIS, or related technology solutions industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Experience in lead generation and cold calling.Strong understanding of ERP or HRIS systems and their applications.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and social media platforms for sales and marketing.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Hunter mentality and a drive to close deals.
