Business Development & Commercial Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Coordinating with distributors / stores regarding the required marketing program support;
Conducting a strategy for marketing activities to form and maintain brand in the market;
Maintaining social media content (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter);
Responsible for marketing tools production (such as flyers, pamphlets, brochures and others);
Conducting competitive strategy analysis, consumer segmentation and developing ideas from consumers to develop branding;
Conducting market penetration through consultants and communities (interior design / architect) and developers, as well as the community or home owner;
Executing media planning and branding concepts; especially for social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), corporate website and television;
Updating the latest information about products and application methods to distributors;
Identify opportunities for growing business within existing client base by maintaining up to date knowledge of relevant markets via gathering and analysing information from clients.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Communication Management;
At least 5 years of working experience in business development & commercial;
Strong written and verbal communication skillsand must have a thorough understanding of social media management;
Good English both written and spoken;
Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and e-mail;
Strong analytical skills;
Have a good attitude, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
