Job Desc:
1.
Conduct research/ market survey for new business opportunities, trends, and strategies.
2.
Conduct in developing and implementing plans and goals for business growth.
3.
Monitor and updates daily tracker reports across the cycle of customer acquisiton to engagement success.
4.
Consolidating and presenting internal and external data to determine next action plans.
5.
Run commercial and trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight/ recommendation/ survey.
6.
Work with the prospect in a consultant, research and training industry to develop a business and digital marketing strategy.
7.
Ability to manage project across multiple areas
Requirement
1.
2+ year of business development or marketing experience, digital sales marketing would be an advantage.
2.
Experience with B2G (BUMN and Bank), B2B, B2C.
3.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, has the ability to embrace a high intensity, KPI driven, sales environment.
4.
Possess strong business negotiation abilities, good presentation, analytical thinking, and problem solving.
