As a Business Analyst, your band of adventurers rely on you to identify and analyze our clients' requirements and then build them in the form of magnificent IT solutions. It is in no way an easy task, but it is key to accomplishing missions.**Responsibilities**:Analyze and identify complex system's needsCommunicate the client's requirements to the project teamProvide IT-based solution and modelDeliver technical documentation and IT solution proposalsSupport IT-based project and product managementEnhance and document internal and external business processResearch, document, and adapt new stack technologyHave fun with the Analyst team.**Requirements**:Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable universityMinimum 2 years' experience as an Information Technology Business/System AnalystStrong analytical thinking to explore our journey and marvelous skills to work in a team, also have a keen attention to each of detailsHas experience in writing software requirement specification/technical design documents.Has experience in IT testing (Writing test cases, executing testing, supporting UAT)Good written and verbal communication skillsHaving a data analytic background will be preferableStrong analytical thinking to explore our journey and marvelous skills to work in a team, also have a keen attention to each of detailsThe placement office will be at Bandung, West Java
