Business Analyst

We're looking for people to shape and scale our business and consumer products.
As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in every aspect of the product business development in the early stage.
Working in a fast-paced environment and pushing the boundaries of any possibility for products.
**Responsibility**
- Using data analysis, market research, user feedback to find and define market needs and business strategy to set business metrics and improve products continuously.
- Analyze business requirements and identify business opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
- Experience with product development tools, such as trello, jira, etc.
- Responsible for managing product, including maintaining business and operation
- Align business and product goals in each stage
- Excellent team player for working crossing-functional teams (Marketing, Engineering, operations..etc), our global offices, and external partners.
**Requirement**
- 2+ years work experience in SaaS service, such as POS, CRM, Reward card and so on
- Excellent communication skills(verbal/written) for crossing-functional teams
- Fluent in English (verbal/written)
- Experience in working a fast-paced, target-driven environment and global team
- Strong analytical and negotiation skill
- Problem-solving mindsets to get things done
- Team player attitude, responsibility, and attention to detail

**Bonus Points**
- Experience working in a tech companies
- Experience in digital payment, FinTech, or banking
- Experience in Go-To-Market

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SaaS: 2 years (preferred)
