Business Administration Sales Professional

You will be the Business Administration Sales Professional for Digital Industries business in Indonesia.
This role requires you to support our Sales team and Business Unit team with regard to sales activities during tender/acquisition phase.
You will be the end guard to ensure that all internal processes are implemented accordingly during this phase and keeping in check the high quality level.
**Below are several of main responsibilities for Sales BA**:
1.
Work together with Sales team and Business unit team to secure orders from Customers, from tender phase to contract execution.
- 2.
Coordinate with internal team to align project structure, project milestone, procurements, risk mitigations, compliance aspects and accurate cost positions.
- 3.
Coordinate with legal team for documents submission, LoA escalation and Contract negotiation with Customers.
- 4.
Handle commercial topics such as but not limited to: Contract T&C, incoterm, profitability level, term of payment and financing scheme.
- 5.
Analytical skill (rationality, bridge or other tools) may be required during acquisition phase, especially in the case of orders with special requirements.
- 6.
Prepare Order Review together with our Sales and Proposal team and conduct kick off meeting for handover to Execution team.
- 7.
In-depth coordination with Project Execution team from Technical and Commercial.
**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
- Strong academic qualifications
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Advanced computer literacy
- Multicultural exposure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An impressive personality
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in related field
- Good communication skill

- Willing to be employed for 1 year contract
