Brand Protection Analyst

**About the client**:Every day, thousands of counterfeit items are being sold on the internet through advertisements on web shops, market places and social media. The company monitors and collects this offer. This is done by using our brand protection software. Together with you, we will make sure this offer will be removed on behalf of our clients.The work of the Brand Protection Support department originates from work done by our clients and the Brand Protection Analysts. They work directly with our clients to detect infringements on our clients' rights online. This is done at the headquarters, in Amsterdam. The Support department processes a large portion on these infringements to make sure they will be removed from the internet.You will report online content (advertisements, social media posts, etc.) to third parties like Ebay, VK, Facebook and others. Other tasks will be collecting evidence, reviewing websites to check if the offer we reported is still online and handling request from the Brand Protection Analysts based in the Netherlands. We use a large selection of online tools and have a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency, we are continuously improving our methods and you will have a vital role in these improvements.The workload will be divided on a daily basis, and you will be an extension of the Brand Protection Support team that is working in our headquarters. This means you will be a part of the existing Brand Protection Support team, and will be working together on a daily basis.**Requirements**:- Accurate;- Tech-savvy;- Affinity with online sales channels and social media;- Strong communication skills (in English);- Knowledge in Legal/Law is an advantage;- Data analysis experience is a plus;- Well organized (able to provide results in an orderly fashion);- Experience with Microsoft Excel;- Fast learner;- Willing to work from office in Malang (Jl. Tidar No.100);- Willing to work in accordance with European hours (14.00 WIB - 22.00 WIB).**Responsibilities**:- Reviewing websites to see whether the content we reported is online or offline;- Collecting evidence of counterfeit sales;- Collecting data on online sellers;- Changing statuses of domains;- Finding new content infringing on the rights of our clients;- Reporting back to the analysts, by providing clear overviews (in Excel).
