Brand Partnership Lead

Have strong understanding surrounding client's state of business;
- Establish and manage client relationships with key decision makers in brands or agencies;
- Have a strong business acumen around pipeline and sales forecast management;
- Have a strong operational excellence in running the rhythm of business;
- Collaborate with leadership to establish a sales strategy and execution plan to achieve team goals;
- Lead by example; coaching and elevating Brand Partnerships Managers providing guidance on consultative, client-centric selling;
- Accelerate best practices, go deeper into high-value sectors, and support external and franchise-building opportunities as the need arises;
- Interface with key XFN stakeholders including but not limited to Client Solutions
- Leads and Managers, Agency Partners, Strategy;
- Have exposure towards media buying and planning process and/or, advertising, and/or brand management.
- 7+ years of experiences in brand marketing or ad sales or brand development;
- 3+ years of team management experience;
- Passion for people management and the career development of Brand Partnerships Managers;
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics;
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking;
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights;
- Demonstrated aptitude and understanding of philosophies of growth mindset;
- Excellent verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills;
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
