**Responsibilities**:
- Develop strategies to position our brand in line with our company's growth plan and local mom & baby market trends.
Increase brand awareness and image.
- Work on reshaping our brand's core cultural concept as part of our long-term planning.
Build brand recognition.
- Create a strategy for promoting our brand, both online and offline.
- Research brand positioning, improve brand design, and boost brand image.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement brand marketing strategies and decisions.
- Improve our brand's competitiveness and ensure the successful execution of various brand activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Have at least 3 years of branding experience, especially in the mom & baby or FMCG industry.
- Possess expertise in brand management, including product knowledge, media, creativity, and marketing.
- Show experience in successfully branding within your industry.
- Understand industry and consumer needs to plan brand projects and daily communication effectively.
- Work well in teams, execute tasks effectively, and demonstrate professionalism, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Willing to WFO (Landmark Pluit, Jakarta Utara ; Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 WIB)
**Salary**: Rp9,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per month
