Job Description
Define main communication strategy for the whole year; work with the team to implement this across every aspect of marketing, design, social, and content across all products
Strategize short and long term brand strategies for the company including brand positioning, brand guideline, messaging, etc.
Oversee the brand marketing budget from planning, creating, and placement of advertising using various media
Coordinate between the marketing division and agencies / vendors for the timely preparation and successful delivery of brand campaigns
Develop high-impact campaigns and report campaign effectiveness and learnings to the wider team
Hold consumer study sessions periodically to stay updated on user feedback / critics / review and further strengthen our positioning in the market
Gather insight from other consumer-facing divisions such as Product and Customer Service and use them to mold brand strategy
Blend online and offline strategies to create a holistic experience of the brand

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications or relevant field, minimum 3.50 GPA
Experience in a management position at least 2 years
At least 10+ years of experience in Advertising, Brand Strategy, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience managing budget
Experience in working with Marketing, Advertising, Creative agencies (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong time management and organizational skills
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
