Demonstrate experience launching successful products in the past 3 years
Mastering experience in retail and online business channels.
Creative thinking and analytical skills
Products packaging and retail knowledge
Great at multi-tasking and ability to delegate projects to team members.
Possess product knowledge.
Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and having the ability to manage tight deadlines.
Having a strong desire to learn and believe that learning is always a continuous process.
Mastering second languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean will be a plus.

Create brand identity for the company and working closely with Product Managers to create winning products.
Shape and communicate company's vision and mission.
Monitor market trends, research on consumer markets and competitors' activities
Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies.
Creating designs and layout for media outlets.
Making decisions about cost of branding and analysing trends in customers spending
Writing pitches blog posts and articles
Building relationship with influencers, journalists, and media outlets
Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
Conducting meetings with clients
