Analyze brand positioning and understand target audience behavior/needs.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
Devise innovative growth strategies.
- Translate campaign brief into creative ideas/innovative strategies and lead the creative development to make the brand stand out and to motivate the target audience to "take action".
- Monitor market trends, consumer insight and competitor's activites.
Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activites (across all platforms, includes digital).
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
**Job Requirement**:
- Min 3 years experience as Creative Brand Manager (Digital platform company) preferably has experience in Digital Marketing Agency.
- Bachelor Degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Outstanding communication skills.
