DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description : Directing and planning strategic projects in terms of branding and finance of a company
Monitor and supervise the KPI from the BisDev team for existing projects
Determining goals (goals), submitting a budget, timeline, plan, execution to review the results of a project
Communicate with and inform all departments in the company about the new program
Running operations, assessing performance, and continually improving processes and reporting
Develop an early stage project with the aim of creating a sustainable business
Team Development: Weekly one-on-one meetings, quarterly reviews, conferences, people development

Job Requirement :

Minimum Bachelor degree from Management, Business, or Communication major studies are preferably.
Having minimum 3 years working experience in the same field.
Has high creativity and ability to think outside the box or challenge established truths.
Outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills is a must.
Outgoing personality, well organized person, passionate & driven person.
Ability to lead team, plan, and work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables outcome.
Strong business partner network is preferable.
Exceptional project management and organization skills.
A dynamic personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment.
Result driven and target oriented.
Able to work under pressure
Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang - Banten
