Overview
Summary
The jobholder manages related to control, review Branch Ops process including performing QA (Quality Assurance) to support the task of ERT (Embedded Risk Team). The jobholder also responsible in handling and liaise with external parties i.e auditor or regulator in relation to audit process. The jobholder also report to Regional, make sure all the report related to control is reported timely and escalated timely and properly with all the propose solution or mitigation action.
Responsibilities
Act as Internal Control & Reconciliation Team Leader Supervise team members Perform Quality Assurance checking/review Dealing with internal and external auditor Response to regional queries/request Review incident report and follow up the remediation action Review and continue improvement of current process for efficiency and control Review risk & control and follow up on open risk items Monitor and follow up open audit issue Act as Business Continuity Coordinator Prepare monthly MIS Take an active role in supporting businesses for new solution/mandates Provide timely and accurate management information Involve in project management/new initiative as assigned Provide back-up support to other team member as required Any other tasks as directed by the Manager/supervisor

Experience in Control working environment High awareness on Risk and control Eager to Learn Team player Hardworking Self motivator and innovative Strong interpersonal and communication skills Advance in MS office Fluent in Bahasa and English
