Branch Manager Manado

Responsibilities: Manage team and subordinates, monitor and achieve sales growth and profit targets.
Analyze sales trends and market demand within the retail and corporate segments, focusing on products or segmentations.
Review branch territory and competitors in the surrounding area to develop strategic and action plans to become the market leader.
Implement action plans to achieve sales targets, profit goals, and cost control on a monthly and annual basis.
Maintain good relationships with customers across all business segments.
Respond effectively to handle complaints and provide solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements: Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Good understanding of daily branch operations and the ability to identify potential corporate clients.
At least 3 years of experience in the Tour & Travel industry (both Operations and Sales) at middle management level is preferred.
Certification in airline booking systems such as ABACUS, GALILEO, or AMADEUS is an advantage.
Willing to work in a shopping mall environment and be based at Dwidaya Branch in Manado.
