Job DescriptionResponsible for the overall management and profitability of the Lampung branch, including sales, operations, and customer satisfaction.Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue goals in Lampung.Build and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.At least 5 years in Branch Management or sales leadership, preferably automotive or truck industry.Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.Strong negotiation, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
