Boutique Supervisor

Our client, a leading luxury fashion and lifestyle watch retailer, is now looking for:Job description:- Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and sharing to respected customers- Delivering standard service excellence to customer, based on brand guidelines- Establishing contact and developing relationship with regular and new customers- Supervising employees engaged in sales, inventory taking, reconciling cash receipts or in performing services for customers- Keeping and maintaining customer database and preferences- Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target- Monitoring daily stock inventory, ensure product, display material, sales kit and boutique environment are in good conditionJob Requirements:- Min. Diploma degree from reputable academy or university.- Min. 5 years of experiences in high end brand to help the incumbent in serving the client with full confidence- Min. 3 years of experiences as store leader in retail industry, preferably from luxury goods.- Having strong business related knowledge and professional communication skill- Having the desire for the sales job with strong determination and be self-motivated in leading team- Posing the high skill of teamwork and performing the job independently, as well as the capability to thrive in today's competitive market- Excellent in operating Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel- Having proficiency in both verbal and writing English is a must- Having flexibility in work schedule is required, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as operational need may require- Communication skill, Sales & Negotiation skill, Service of excellent skill, Initiative and Problem solving skill, Leadership.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 monthsAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandung: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Education**:- D1-D4 (required)**Experience**:- Supervisor (Retail industry atau High and Brand): 3 years (required)- Supervisor: 3 years (required)- Microsot Office (Especially Excel): 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (Oral and Written) (required)
