Job Description
Lead vendor/seller through the incubation process
Monitor sales performance and achieve target sales for sellers >3 months in Company
Ensure overall sales targets are met through planning and collaboration with internal teams for campaigns and seller initiatives for boosting seller performance
Requirement
Experienced in Sales/Incubation/BD with the ability to deliver results in a highly competitive Indonesia market
Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field, ideally in the e-commerce/consumer industry
Bachelor, graduated from a reputable university
Strong market orientation, and an understanding of sellers/ brands operations in the consumer industry
Strong interest in driving business decisions through data-driven analysis
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good verbal and written communication in English
