- Basic coffee and espresso knowledge
- Preferable know how to make espresso based drink and manual brew V60, vietnam drip, cold brew, and Latte art
- Can operate espresso machine
- Outgoing, polite, and friendly
- Resposible and well manered
- Upselling, and promotion skill
- Can speak english
- Can cook
- Manage daily, and monthly stock report
- Able to use computer, microsoft office
- Polite, outgoing, friendly, diligent
- Know table manner, basic taking order and serving
