Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet quality standards
- Educate customer about coffee and brewing methods
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Receive and process customer payments
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
Job Requirements:
- Female
- Maximum age of 27 years old
- Bachelor degree from any major (hospitality graduate is a plus point)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve quickly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexible with work placement
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta/South Jakarta area
