Duration 1 year with possible extension based on performance.
Responsibilities Review existing banking ops.
operating model, provide recommendations & drive implementation.
Drive active PMO: progress & milestone monitoring, performance tracking, proactive issue identification & resolution orchestration, issue escalation & Senior Leadership presentation.
Independently drive on-the-ground client discussions & alignments.
Conduct desktop research, basic data analytics, and visualization.
Support preparation of Senior Leadership updates & presentations; regular reporting.
Requirements MUST Proficient in Indonesian language for client face-to-face engagement and based in Jakarta - Indonesia.
5-7 years of working experience in Banking, Consulting; especially in Project management.
Knowledge of consumer banking and banking operations.
Good verbal and written communication; stakeholder management.
Proficiency in Excel.
IDEAL Deep knowledge of consumer banking operations: Authorization & authentication.
Fraud operations.
Credit underwriting & risk management.
Collection & recoveries.
Transaction settlements.
If coming from a primarily banking background, minimum Manager level.
