**Responsibilities**:
- Advisor for all B3Network's products (including its affiliated companies) to our customers and partners based in the APAC region.
- You will be reporting to the Head of B3Networks Academy or his authorized delegates who will be your manager in charge on all matters.
- Professional advisory and service to customers and partners enquiry on our products and services provided.
- Assisting and guiding junior/new employees as a company's directive to cultivate a mutual trusting and collaborative working culture.
- In charge of motivating the partners and boosting the sales of the departments allocated under your purview.
- Conduct Classroom Training and Lead-On-Job-Training.
- Research on industry-related topics.
- Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides.
- Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Motivated and sales driven
- Good command of the English language
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Preferably with experience in similar position or supervisory level
- At least 2 years experience in customer service including 2 years experience as a Trainer or Content Creator, ideally in the telecommunications and IT industry.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - SaaS products, Customer Service or equivalent
