Key Responsibilities
1.
Implemented/Configuring provisioning new B2B customer within timeline and ensure the service could be used by IOH customer such as for IP MPLS Services, Backbone & amp, PDH ServiceS, Fixed Network Services (GPON, OSN, OTN, etc.)
2.
Coordinate and giving solution to planning team/IOH PIC for the transport capacity by checking the network routing and utilization performance
3 Coordination troubleshooting with DNOC and Change Management department for B2B provisioning/forecast/booking implementation or incident impacted (if any)
4 Problem management report related with provisioning, forecast and booking.
5 Build Strong coordination and communication with customer for daily operation B2B or improvement implementation.
**Key Requirements**:
1.
Minimum 5 years working experience in IPBB, MPLS, PDH or Fixed network, especially in B2B provisioning.

Minimum D3 IT, Computer, Telecommunication

Great communication abilities, troubleshooting and cross functional team working
4.
Initiative, self-motivated, actions oriented
5.
Able to work under pressure
6.
Able to communicate in English

Able to work in shifting or weekend
