**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the marketing efforts and 2 marketing managers involving value proposition, campaign creation, budget management, go-to-market strategy and execution for Business Innovation Units as well as Partnership Marketing
- Develop new campaign angles to drive awareness, engagement, conversions ultimately high CLTV
- Responsible for all business metrics which contributes not only for the growth of business unit but also the overall company from the global perspective; and able to create an easy-to-digest business reporting for company-wide consumption
- Well versed in marketing media mix utilization (both paid & organic) in order to provide advisory to both leadership and country marketing teams
- Continuously be in grasp with the ever-changing consumer needs, market trends & business opportunities in order to innovate and create best-in-class competitive edge against other market players
- Able to shape consumer perception and behaviour from only relating to the business as an investing platform to becoming a platform for daily financial servicing
- Able to wear different hats between Marketing Partnership and Product / Business Marketing at the same time as collaboration and activation ideas might intersect
- Coordinate and be on top of every single project to ensure timely and smooth work delivery

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in advanced marketing partnership & product marketing
- Prior experience in tech startups / Fintech / financial services will be preferred
- Exceptional marketing planning & execution skills with strong experience in marketing channel mix utilization
- Prior experience in managing team and possess a great relationship building across divisions
- Great at problem solving & creative + critical thinking, and can move effectively in a fast-paced VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) environment
- Possess a positive can-do attitude & willingness to roll up sleeves to dig deep & deliver results
- Posses solid experience in driving GTV, AUM & Gross Profit creation, data churning & analysis to drive actionable insights
- Excellence communication skills in both English and Bahasa
