Lead the food & beverage team to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Create innovative menus and beverage offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff, ensuring excellent service standards.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Monitor inventory and procurement of supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
- Proven experience in F&B management, preferably in a hostel or hospitality setting.
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of local food trends and cultural preferences.
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp800,000 - Rp1,000,000 per month
