JOB
SUMMARY
Innovations
for SEAA
- To ensure successful OTIF implementation of
innovation, renovation, and 5S activities for Deodorants Indonesia.
- To drive country KBS agenda together with Marketing
and CD team. Need to identify the relevant KBS areas to maximize the product
benefits to gain success in market.
- To feedback any specific local regulatory requirements
to RDC and GDC, to ensure any new product changes will comply with any specific
local regulation.
- Responsible to deliver OTIF FDA docs preparation for
innovation, renovation, and 5S projects.
- Responsible for the approval of AW, advertising
clearance, competitor challenge in local language from technical and regulation
compliance point of view.
- To coordinate and engage with Cluster TPLs, CTI,
Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory to manage local claims forum for Deodorants
Indonesia.
- To monitor and build good understanding on consumer
behaviors and competitor movement/ challenges. Responsible for preparing Tier 1
docs, samples for Tier 2 and product competitor analysis.
- To lead as TPL for 10-type projects in the context of
C4G.

KEY
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor
of Science in Engineering or Science field with 4-6 years R&D experience in
local, regional, or global roles with significant experience on leading
projects.
- Fully
operational or working knowledge skills on product/ packaging development. Must
have basic appreciation or working knowledge of other functional areas like
Processing, Packaging, CTI or Regulatory.
- Awareness
of project management process and able to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Good
leadership, coordination and organization skills. Problem solving skills with
practical creativity.
- Strong
leadership competencies to deliver projects and influence leaders in the
organization.
- Ability to work independently and
lead multi-brand projects and collaborate with crossi-functional projects teams
- Very good
written and verbal communication skills for both virtual as well as cross-functional
onsite teams
- External
orientation – keen on opportunities outside the organization that can help grow
the business faster and more efficiently. Ability to develop and manage
relationships with external innovation partners.
