Proven work experience as a Purchasing Assistant Manager or in a similar procurement role, with a focus on raw material, packaging material food procurement, preferably snack.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance standards in the F&B industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on cost optimization and efficiency.
- Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software (SAP).\
- Have organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
