Associate Security Consultant

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Initial acknowledgement of request or issue from customer
- Initial analysis and able to do initial troubleshooting process (low and mediumcriticality)
- Able to follow a SIEM/PAM implementation technically by observing the process
- Able to monitor system health by observation after implementation and/or troubleshooting
- Initial resolution incident, escalate to next level if incident not resolvedin 4 hours
- Following an establishedImplementation process based on projectscope of work
- Able to learn about SIEM/PAM configuration and setting by observing an implemented system
- Provide technical documentation (Standard Operation Procedure, Method of Procedure, User Guide, Incident Report, etc)as guided and directed by Consultant

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma(D3) any major
- 1 Associate levelTraining and/orcertification is preferable

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Basic knowledge in Operating System (Windows/UNIX)
- Basic knowledge in Networking Protocol and implementation (TCP/IP, OSI Layer, Basic Networking)
- Basic knowledge in Programing or Scripting Language
- Basic knowledge in Information Security
- Ability to fast learningfor new knowledge
- Ability to work effectivelyas a team member and independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureand meetshort/long termdeadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS**
- Certification level Associate and / or Administratorin Information Technology
- Training Certification related Information Technologyespecially to SIEM

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
