Job Descriptions:
- Execute delivery of features, including feature priorities, milestones and delivery dates based on vision.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details for all stakeholders.
- Integrate research and data analysis into product requirement.
- Launch product improvements on a regular basis, including complex algorithm improvement.
- Measure key metrics that inform the success of products.
- Work with multiple teams in delivering product excellence for features
**Requirements**:
- Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager or similar role
- At least Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Design, or other fields from top local or overseas universities with strong academic results, is a plus.
- Solid technical background with and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with an aptitude for solving complex problems.
- Excellent and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors.
Have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to change quickly.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership, a bias for action, and a can-do attitude.
- Team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Able to in English and Indonesia, via a verbal and written medium.
- Passion for making the world better through technology.
