Associate Finance Manager

- Provides accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis (with focus on sales and investment)
- Participates in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and cross-functional work teams.
- Business partnering - provides insight and value added recommendations to business partner
- Analyses financial report and related analyses to support decision making
- Audits the financial planning process and reviews the use of financial models.
- Monitor department expenses and capital budgeting through tracking and reporting activities
- Audit monthly closings
- Regularly present complex analysis to management
- Ensures compliance to all processes in accordance to company policy

Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years experience in finance related areas
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering
- Big four audit firm experience will be an advantage
- Had experience in multinational company
- Had experience in consumer goods company would be preferable
- Minimum bachelor degree in finance
- Good in English
- SAP, TM1, Tableu
- Good communication skill
