Associate Accountant

Job Overview:To assist Fabrication Accountant to pass month-end journal entries. Key Responsibility/Accountability: Preparation of quarterly Forecasts and upload approved budget to HFM In-charge in monthly closing activities including approving JV and monitor the cost incurred, intercompany billings and WDNI and other accruals Monthly actual review with Dept Manager Review and approve ACE prepared by Yard Operational Dept Review and approve invoices issued to other party High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with Code of Business Conduct. Desired/Preferred Qualifications : Having experience in financial reporting and analysis Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills. Excellent in English. Knowledge/experience in Hyperion will be a plus. Good interpersonal, communication, Presentation and organizational skills. Ability to multi task, meet aggressive reporting schedules and work in a tight deadline. Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work as a team and with ability to work independently. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in management / budget accounting or financial reporting. Minimum a bachelor’s degree holder (S1) on accounting; Professional Qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CPA etc.) will be a plus.
