**Assistant Head of Group Operations**

This position is for Tech Titan group of companies based in South Jakarta, managing the HR and Finance related operations of the businesses.
**Responsibilities**:

- Execute and implement HR general initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Induction, intake and separations processing
- Compliant on employee records/files creation & maintenance
- Benefit and incentive program management
- Familiar with Indonesian HR and Labor Law/Regulations with regards to BPJS, Local Taxation etc
- Report, communicate and maintain BPJS processes
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Responsible for all related operations of the companies - admin, procurement, finance, with exception for payroll
- Ensure all Finance deadlines are met
- Any other tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR International best practices
- IT and tech-savvy

**Salary**: Up to Rp15,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
