Assistant Head Of Operation

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Plan, Manage and Monitor nation-wide store operation to achieve sales target and profitabilty market growth.
Conduct extensive research regarding the market and learn everything possible.
Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity.
Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan.
Develop and lead from Area Manager to Store Leader position to achive the sales target by setting the example.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Management/ Finance/ Marketing.
Min. 5 years of experience as Regional Manager in Fashion industry is required.
Strong analytical and innovative skills for strategic planning, sound decision-making, and problem solving and ability to work well under tight business driven deadlines.
Strong presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including development and delivery of presentations to senior level management required.
Outstanding leadership qualities.
Proven ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.
