ASSISTANT FINANCE OFFICER

?

This role responsible for processing invoices and handle closing process of account payable related. The main job descriptions are follow-up and posting invoices, perform reconciliation and payment, liaise with other departments, and manage fixed assets, taxation, review GL, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications:
? Diploma / Bachelor Degree in accounting.
? Minimum 2 years experience in accounting field
? Fluent in English
? Excellent communication skill
? Proficiency in MS Office with a good working knowledge of all Office products
? Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and GL
? Data entry skills with accuracy and attention to details
? Able to work to tight deadlines, in a fast paced environment
? Experience in working with SAP system is an advantage
