Asset Liability Management (ALMA), Treasury, SeaBank
Manage Asset/Liability forecasting, periodic stress testing, and scenario analysis on a routine as well as ad-hoc basis.
Control and report on the bank's Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework.
Maintain up-to-date Asset/Liability management procedures, model assumptions, and documentation.
Ensure the holding of ALCO meetings and deliver recommendations to committee members.
Develop and implement investment strategies, funding policies, and other ALM-related initiatives.
Ensure the bank adheres to relevant regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements.
Identify, measure, and manage various potential risks, including liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields preferred.
Ideally, 5-7 years of experience in ALMA, Treasury, Liquidity Risk Management, or Market Risk Management.
Knowledge of bank and broker-dealer activities and products (funding and treasury, securities financing transactions, stock borrowings and loans, loans and financial commitments, derivatives) as well as financial markets.
Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills for financial analysis and risk assessment.
