Artist Onboarding & Incubation Specialist

Responsibilities- Organizing and controlling of the artist on boarding and incubation- Develop artist and promotion program concept, planning and execution.- Engaged with music communities across Indonesia cities with a focus on empowering communities to grow, through sharing, helping and co-learning within these communities.- Very capable of planning the execution and evaluation of online and offline campaigns.- Manage event calendar, project timelines, and project budgets.- Familiar with data analysis and strategical thinking based on internal or external dataQualifications- A&R/artist promotions, team/Operations leadership, network in local music industry, digitally-savvy- Minimum 2 year related experience in music or media industry - Experience and well connected within the music industry (music label, media and broadcast), experience with internet company, or experience at planning and executing campaigns that are targeted to youth are preferred.- Has a strong interest in music and technology- Familiar and well connected with music communities across Indonesia.- Have networking in the music community, both mainstream and non-mainstream- Have experience working in music labels or digital promotion related to music industry- Understand how to make offline / online event- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to pioneer and support business from zero to one.- Have the ability to analyze data, and make strategies based on data (data driven)- Has good communication skills and is passionate about music.- Native speaker of Indonesian, fluent in English.
