Rubicube Creative is one of Xperteam Consultant Client is currently in need of a Art Director for placement in North Jakarta.
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years in a creative role with at least 2 years in an art direction capacity, preferably in a branding or advertising agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional design and conceptual skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; strong ability to lead and direct creative work.
- Experience in managing and inspiring a creative team, guiding projects from concept through completion while ensuring high standards of visual communication.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively meet deadlines.
- A strong creative vision aligned with Rubicube Creative's innovative approach; passionate about trends in design and branding, with a commitment to maintaining the agency's creative standards.

- Serve as the right hand to the Creative Director, assisting in the development and execution of creative strategies that align with the brand's objectives and vision.
- Lead and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and excellence in execution.
- Direct the artistic and visual aspects of projects, providing guidance and feedback to team members to ensure the highest quality of visual communication.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through completion, overseeing all stages of production and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stay abreast of design trends and industry developments, infusing innovative ideas into our creative work while maintaining the agency's creative standards.
- Cultivate a culture of openness, respect, and collaboration within the team, encouraging individual growth and development.
- Demonstrate independence, initiative, and problem-solving skills in addressing challenges and finding creative solutions.
