Migo is searching for an Art Director who will play a key role in building our brand. Migo's product and service is new and one-of-a-kind. And this role challenges you to leverage your storytelling and creative direction skills in sharing Migo's value proposition to a very broad audience. You will be part of our Creatives Team and you will lead our graphic designers in crafting fun and relatable marketing designs for the mass market audience. Your ability to see things through - from ideation to design execution - will bring in great value to the team!
Responsibilities
Lead the direction, conceptualization and design of Migo’s brand expressions for various channels and media
Translate marketing and creative strategies into creative concepts and executable plans
Lead the graphic designers in developing marketing collaterals which tell a compelling brand story for Migo
Work with cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives
Collaborate with the rest of marketing team in developing new ideas to effectively communicate the Migo brand

Qualifications
5 yrs’ experience in an art direction function, preferably from both agency and in-house companies
Proven ability to design and conceptualize ideas, and tell a compelling brand story
Proficient with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop
Strong communication skills and is able to articulate abstract concepts clearly and simply
Experience leading and guiding a team to success
