DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product while assessing work performance and identifying areas for improvement in achieving Sales KPI, distribution & merchandising objectives in Area assigned.?

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
Required language(s):?Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 3?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
Required Skill(s): Sales Planning, Effective Negotiation, Route Planning, Forecasting, Team Development
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
