Having business acumen of distribution / channel development for Industry Pharmacy (OTC), _Mom & Baby Product, Apparel / fashion retail, Home appliances, etc._- Experience to manage sales in volume / value per outlet- Experience to manage key dealers' relationship through all phases of sales cycle- Experience to execute various activities to scale up business goals, such as; promotion activities / store activation / sell out management / product visibility etc.- Provide leadership to manage sales team, territory, customer handling- Provide data tracking & analysis**Qualification**:- Minimal S1, experience handle sales territory level & sales team- Prefer with industrial background from Pharmacy (OTC), Mom & Baby Product, Apparel/fashion retail, home appliances- Good leadership skill; managing team, negotiation skill, and account management- Having high-level of selling skill, numerical & data tracking- Understanding of e-commerce landscape will be preferred
