Area Operations Lead - Shopeefood(Kalimantan)

DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - MedanThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.- Operating the City's operation as well as representatives of ShopeeFood & SPX instant operations to serve the drivers for the onboarding, attribute distribution, and reliability, as well as the command center for the Driver sentiment and engagement activities- Monitor and identify issues as well as initiate continuous improvements of procedures for operating excellence- Support all initiatives from HQ to achieve company goals- Work closely with two city Ops in Kalimantan to analyze Operations data to get valuable insight and recommendations for business- Report and escalate to Regional Lead (regarding operations performance & issues related to driver service)**Requirements**:- Minimum four years of experience handling area productivity in a ride-hailing/logistics company is preferable- Experienced project management with an analytical solid would be preferred- Excellent, effective communication and interpersonal skills- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment- Able to work independently or cross-functionally- Placement Kalimantan
