**Description**:
- Manages, implements, and executes the agreed demand generation plans and processes (i.e.
end to end sales campaign process, etc.)
- Identifies potential risks and bottlenecks between retailer and farmer coverage and proposes mitigation/remediation plans to ensure delivery of financial and operating metrics of their district and zone.
- Collect and drive transparency of market and competitive information through existing digital enablers, processes (e.g.
dipstick surveys), and platforms that would improve productivity and farmer engagement ROI
- Work with Zonal Sales Lead and ID Sales Effectiveness to develop, optimize, maintain, and propose market metric targets and corresponding programs that would support differential farmer segments approach and their corresponding objectives
- Collaborate with ZCU CE, finance, and marketing to provide technical, enablement, and capability development of MDO
- Records progress and executes performance evaluation processes & actions of MDO (Market Development Officers)
