To support the implementation and evaluation of Talent Management programmes.
- Support day to day talent management activity (manage talent data and reporting),
- Support the preparation and implementation of talent development programme (i.e.
Coffee Morning, Mentoring, Lead with Purpose, Leadership Odyssey),
- Create planning for talent programme monitoring and evaluation,
- Support the project in Talent Management & PRUUniversity team
- Prepare presentations per 6 months

**Requirements**:

- willing to WFO (3x a week) at Prudential Tower Setiabudi
- committed to join for 6 months
- a proactive student
- have a big willingness to learn
- good analytical skill
