Apprenticeship Program (Terrie)

-Apprenticeship Program Periode August 2021-
Tertiary Exposure and Recruitment towards Industrial Excellence (Terrie) is apprenticeship program in generating fresh graduate or final semester college student to be capable in working in the manufacturing and logistics company. This is a proactive effort to provide a continuous supply of manpower to replace employees (white collar worker) entering retirement.

This program comprises 1 month in house training and 3 months on the job training. The total duration of this program is maximum 1 year. The participant will tandem with employees as their buddies to train technical and non technical skills to ensure international standard competence. At the end of the program, after evaluating participant’ performance and competency development progress, the best participants will be nominated as successor of our employees.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Logistics. Marine Transportation) and Statistics GPA (3.0 College student or fresh graduate Commit to have minimum 4 months on the job training Good written and verbal english communication skill
