**Responsibilities**:

- Pembuatan manual _payment letter Major_ (_Death Claim_ dan _Non Death Claim_) dengan benar
- Pembuatan surat manual payment untuk klaim _hospital_ (nama produk: PPH) dan surat _declined _dan surat manual lainny_a _dengan benar
- Tugas lainnya yang diperlukan perusahaan dalam lingkup bagian klaim yang berhubungan dengan Correspondence

**Requirements**:

- Mengerti tentang Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Pendidikan min.
D3/S1
- Dapat bekerja sama dan komunikasi dengan team
- Teliti dan cepat
