Job Description

Age : 23 - 30

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology

Professional experience at least 1 year in related field

Proficient in using programming language such as VB. Net and PHP

Good understanding about database

Minimum Qualifications

Handle complain from User related to applications managed by company

Analyze ticketing from service desk in order to identify cause of the problem

Resolve the problem together with related parties and deliver it to User

Evaluate and initiate improvement based on history of User's complain/submitted ticket
