Key Accountabilities
- Ability to do enhancements / add new modules & customizations as per requirements
- Configuration and manage upgrades
- Assist ICT team in all level to get the projects delivered
- Assist in requirement gathering & site training needs
- Ensure that Functional & technical documentation is regularly maintained and used
- Ongoing Content management activities for business users.
- Troubleshoot performance issues & pro-actively manage the reporting requirements
- Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with

department guidelines

Role Specification**

**Qualification**
- MSD365 certification ERP or CRM (optional)
- ITIL Foundation Level Certified
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in information systems or IT field

**Experience**
- Ability to diagnose Root Cause Analysis of problems in a complex environment and to provideeffective solutions quickly and reporting of same.
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative in a demanding environment.
- Ability to generate documentation and keep existing documentation updated.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with an emphasis on Windows desktop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Microsoft Dynamic365) Three to Five years of full-time work experience of MS D365 Finance and Operations ERP implementation and support which includes 2 to 3 end-to-end implementation Finance /SCM/Project Modules/Procurement
- Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, C&B, Budget, projects management, Expense management, Procurement & Sourcing, and Inventory management modules
- MSD365 Certified - ERP
- Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components.
**Knowledge and Special Skills**
- Ability to produce and consolidate metric and service reports
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets and communicate the solution via theService Desk or other support personnel
- Can develop or adapt material for training Validate change requests and bug fix requirementswhile liaising with Development team
- communicate deployment and production related activities internally and externally whereappropriate
- Good IT literacy skills ( Microsoft office)
- Excellent eye for detail, reviewing data
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot all supporting software
- Remote working
