Mission:
- APJ Deploy Service Unit SPOC for Digital Design & Digital Pre-Launch Optimization.
- Bring new Digital design & Optimization services to market units.
Key activities:
- Single Point of Contact for Market Planning & Optimization issues.
- Deep subject matter expertise on Product & Use Case requirements & new DD portfolio.
- Review scope, associated cost, and signoff relevant RFP submissions.
- Review acceptance criteria within projects.
- Ensure optimal process to ensure timely PAC/FAC Involvement & crosscheck of SPS offers, e
- Ensure Planning outcomes can be delivered Collate project contractual deliverables (KPIs Vs Milestones).
- Provide monthly updates for project 5G KPIs (OSS & DT) and CM parameters.
- Document lessons learnt from market units.
- Drive Optimization transformation within projects as applicable.
- Ensure planning deliverables are met in the market.
- Run Digital Design enabling in the market.
- Create market feedback on requirements & Quality of delivery, roadmap, demands.
- Interprets critical internal or external business issues and develops innovative solutions that help to sustain competitive advantage.
- Defines processes and standards e.g. for the network planning activities.
- Independently develops concepts to set the professional direction of own organisational unit.
- Solves highly complex or novel problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.
- Drive cost efficiency across all accounts through regular governance and KPI dashboards.
- Identify and drive automation possibilities to improve delivery process and capabilities.
- Data driven approach to solving problems.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of strong Network Planning and Optimization Technical Background.
- Business Management, Cost Management & Cost review experience.
- Pre-Sales engagement.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Strong Analytical & Presentation Skills.
- Experience with drive testing processes and tools.
- Experience with KPI dashboards and reporting.
- Direct customer interaction and experience is a plus.
- Experience presenting data and results to sales and operations leadership teams.
- Experience in Business process definition / creation and continuous improvement programs.
- Experience in Projects in APJ Market / Market Units is a plus.
- Require travelling across APJ countries.
