**Tasks**:

- Initiation (starting) and establishment of the technological parameters regarding the project industrialization
- Conducing and analysis of the electro-optical and opto-mechanical tests
- Provide advices during the planning, the selection and the purchasing processes of the equipment, taking into consideration the internal standards and the client's requests
- Recognize and eliminate the weak points and give suggestion for their elimination
- Participation in the product and process oriented project management
- Provision of support for the selected work focus in terms of technical aspects

**Profile**:

- 2 years of work experience in the related field
- PC knowledge and English Language knowledge
- FMEA, Optimain, MES EFF
- Knowledge of customer specific requirements
- Knowledge of Root-cause analyses tools (Ishikawa, 5Why)
- Analytical skills, problem-solving skills
